Description
The Minnesota Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources (LCCMR) administers an annual, competitive funding process to support projects that protect, conserve, preserve, and enhance the state's air, water, land, fish, wildlife, and other natural resources. Funding is provided primarily through the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund (ENRTF), which is constitutionally dedicated and sourced from Minnesota State Lottery proceeds and investment income. Proposals are sought from a broad range of applicants and must align with LCCMR’s strategic priorities, demonstrating innovation, public benefit, and a clear plan for impact.
