Description
This program funds the creation of public art—visual, performing, literary, or media arts—intended for the public experience in Central Minnesota. Projects may be temporary or permanent but must be distinct from an organization’s regular season or ongoing activities. Temporary works should have a meaningful and lasting impact, with documentation accessible to the public for at least one year after completion. The program seeks to enhance public spaces through accessible, high-impact artistic experiences.
