Description
This program funds the creation of public art—visual, performing, literary, or media—intended for public enjoyment and engagement in accessible spaces within Central Minnesota. Projects may be temporary or permanent but must provide meaningful, impactful experiences and be accessible for at least one year after completion (via documentation if temporary). The initiative is designed to enrich communities, foster creative expression, and build connections between artists and audiences outside of ongoing or regular organizational programming.
