The Public Art Mural Grant offers a two-week artist residency at the Women's Studio Workshop (WSW) in Rosendale, NY. The selected artist will design and install an original mural on WSW’s prominent outdoor wall, which faces the heavily trafficked Wallkill Valley Rail Trail. The mural space measures 10′ x 23.5′ and is visible to thousands of visitors monthly. The residency includes opportunities for community engagement, professional development, and significant public exposure, with the finished mural remaining on display for one year.
