Description
This opportunity is a two-week artist residency at the Women's Studio Workshop (WSW) in Rosendale, NY, focused on creating a large-scale, original mural for WSW’s prominent outdoor wall facing the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail. The selected artist will design and execute a public mural (10' x 23.5') that will be on display for one year, engaging thousands of trail users and campus visitors. The residency provides time, resources, and support for artists to realize a significant public-facing artwork.
