Description
The Publication Assistance Program (PAP) by Institut français is designed to support foreign publishing houses in acquiring rights to translate and publish French works. The program aims to foster international cultural exchange by making contemporary French literature and thought accessible to non-French-speaking audiences. PAP complements local publication assistance programs and is a key mechanism for promoting French creative works globally. Since its inception in 1990, PAP has enabled the publication of nearly 26,000 French titles in 80 countries.
