Description
The Nanovic Institute for European Studies at the University of Notre Dame offers the Publication Grant as part of its competitive support for substantive faculty-led projects that enliven European studies. The grant helps faculty scholars cover costs associated with publishing scholarly works, including publication subventions, copyediting, indexing, and translations.
The program supports several stages of publication preparation rather than a single service. For translation proposals, priority is given to translating an existing Faculty Fellow publication from English into another language, making already-published scholarship available to readers in another language. Translation funding cannot be paid to a Fellow for work they personally translate.
