--- ## Description This is a comprehensive three-year fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, focused on pulmonary and critical care medicine. The program offers immersive training in both clinical care and research, with personalized pathways tailored to individual career goals. Fellows gain extensive hands-on experience with a variety of pulmonary and critical care procedures, access advanced diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, and participate in clinical, translational, and outcomes research. The curriculum includes didactic sessions on academic skills, scientific writing, and grant preparation, as well as opportunities for master's-level coursework. Additional features include education in quality improvement, leadership opportunities, and the ability to customize training through specialized tracks: community, clinical educator, and physician scientist. Elective rotations at other Mayo Clinic campuses and global health experiences are also available.
