Description
The Quintin E. Primo Jr. Fund for Racial Justice and the African American Empowerment Fund of Delaware supports educational programs and projects that promote racial justice and the empowerment of African Americans. Offered through the Delaware Community Foundation (DCF), the opportunity brings education, racial justice, and African American empowerment together as priorities for nonprofit work serving Delaware and its residents.
