Description
The Highmark BluePrints – Large grant, administered by the Delaware Community Foundation, funds projects that increase healthcare access or reduce health disparities for Delaware’s uninsured and underserved populations. Eligible proposals must address at least one of five focus areas: healthcare access, economic stability, social and community context, neighborhood and built environment, or health workforce development. Projects should demonstrate measurable outcomes, clear community impact, and alignment with the program’s priority areas.
