--- ## Description The R3 grant program is designed to help researchers transition proven health interventions into real-world practice by providing funding specifically for accessing expertise in scaling, spread, and implementation. Unlike traditional grants that support new research, R3 is focused on leveraging existing evidence-based interventions and facilitating their dissemination, sustainability, and growth after the research phase.
