Description
This opportunity supports two types of projects aimed at strengthening research practices in the health sciences. Metascience projects focus on developing and evaluating tools, metrics, guidelines, or infrastructure to promote high-quality research. Laboratory Capacity-Building projects help laboratories adopt new rigor- and replicability-related techniques or processes, while tracking and sharing factors that influence research outcomes. The program is part of the NIH Common Fund's Rigor, Replicability, & Reproducibility to Promote Excellence, Accuracy, & Translation in Science (R3PEATS) initiative.
