Description
The Kansas Department of Transportation’s Rail Service Improvement Program supports the financing, acquisition, qualified track maintenance, or rehabilitation of railroads and rolling stock in Kansas. Since July 2023, the program has consolidated the State Rail Service Improvement Fund and the Short Line Rail Improvement Fund.
