Description
This program provides competitive seed funding to early-career (junior) faculty at ORAU member institutions to help launch research projects that can lead to further external funding. The awards are designed to enhance the research skills and professional growth of new faculty across five broad disciplines: Engineering and Applied Science, Life Sciences, Mathematics/Computer Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Policy, Management, or Education. The initiative aims to empower promising faculty by providing resources and recognition at a critical early stage in their careers.
