The Community Foundation of the Ozarks (CFO) runs the Rapid Response Grant Program FY27 to provide one-time support to agencies across its entire service area. The program addresses urgent, unanticipated circumstances, including the loss of federal or state funding and the effects of natural or man-made disasters. It also supports time-sensitive opportunities for collaboration or innovation that require a timely response.
The program serves eligible nonprofits and other IRS-approved entities working in the CFO region, including Springfield and regional communities. Its focus is on responding to the needs and opportunities identified by agencies throughout the region, rather than providing recurring support.
