The RCSA Fellows program is designed to support postdoctoral scholars in chemistry, physics, astronomy, and closely allied fields as they transition to tenure-track faculty positions. The initiative provides a multi-year, cohort-based professional development experience, including job search preparation, mock interviews, guidance for the academic job market, and ongoing mentoring.
