Description
The Arkansas Humanities Council, operating as HumanitiesAR, offers the REACH Grant for humanities-based projects in pre-kindergarten through twelfth-grade classrooms. It also supports professional development for teachers and school librarians and supplies that offset classroom costs for teachers and families.
Professional development may take the form of in-state conferences, workshops, seminars, or webinars, attended virtually or in person. Supported costs may include registration, travel, books, and other teaching aids. Educators receiving professional-development funds must share what they learn with colleagues at their school, district, and/or education cooperative.
