The REALTORS Housing Opportunities Fund (RHOF) is a competitive grant program managed by the Coastal Community Foundation of South Carolina in partnership with the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. Established in 2003, RHOF supports nonprofit organizations working to improve affordable housing access through initiatives such as home construction, repair, rehabilitation, homeowner education, and financial literacy.
