Description
Recharge the Adventure New Hampshire (RANH) is a competitive reimbursement program administered by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) in partnership with the Department of Business and Economic Affairs. Funded by the New Hampshire Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust, it supports public, private and nonprofit entities installing Level 2 electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) at travel- and tourism-oriented locations across the state.
The program seeks to support EV-driving visitors at tourism attractions, strengthen local economies through charging installations in business and commercial districts, and serve areas with high charging demand from residents and visitors. Eligible destinations include parks, outdoor recreation areas, ski resorts, pedestrian-friendly downtowns, music and entertainment centers, museums, educational centers, historical sites and other tourist attractions.
