Description
The program provides financial assistance to eligible homeowners—and some landlords—in California to repair, reconstruct, or replace single-family homes damaged by severe storms, flooding, mudslides, or landslides occurring from February–July 2023 and in January 2024. The goal is to help affected households return to safe, stable housing and support long-term disaster recovery in the impacted regions. Assistance may include direct repairs, reconstruction, manufactured home replacement, reimbursement for eligible out-of-pocket repair expenses, and limited flood insurance support.
