Description
The ReCoverCA Single-Family Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program is a disaster recovery initiative administered by the California Department of Housing & Community Development. It provides financial assistance to eligible homeowners and certain landlords whose single-family properties were damaged by severe storms in California between February and July 2023 and in January 2024. The program covers repair, reconstruction, and limited reimbursement for qualified expenses already incurred, with the goal of restoring safe and stable housing in impacted communities.
