Description
The Recreational Trails Program (RTP) is a federally funded grant program administered by the Utah Division of Outdoor Recreation. RTP supports the construction, restoration, and educational promotion of both motorized and non-motorized trails as well as trailside and trailhead facilities throughout Utah. The program aims to enhance outdoor recreation infrastructure, increase public access, and promote stewardship and safety for trail users. Funding is available for a wide range of eligible project types, including trail construction, major maintenance, equipment purchases, land acquisition, and educational initiatives.
