Description
The Recreational Trails Program (RTP) provides federal funding, administered by the Utah Division of Outdoor Recreation, to support the construction, restoration, and educational promotion of recreational trails and trailside facilities throughout Utah. The program funds both motorized and non-motorized trail projects, including new trail construction, maintenance, equipment purchases, trailhead facilities, and trail-related educational initiatives. RTP aims to improve access, safety, and user experience for trail users while promoting stewardship and sustainable outdoor recreation.
