This grant supports Texas academic institutions in recruiting established, senior-level cancer researchers with internationally recognized expertise and robust, independent research programs. The goal is to enhance Texas’s leadership in cancer research by attracting world-class investigators who will advance the state’s capabilities in cancer science, prevention, and treatment. Candidates must be at the full professor level (or equivalent), have a distinguished career, and must not reside in Texas at the time of application.
