Description
The Catalyst Pilot Research Award from the Cancer Prevention & Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT) provides short-term funding to initiate innovative cancer research projects or sustain previously funded lines of investigation. The goal is to generate foundational data for future peer-reviewed applications and to offer gap funding for outstanding projects or new research directions. All areas of cancer research are encouraged, including prevention, early detection, basic, translational, and clinical research. Projects should be highly innovative, address significant questions in cancer research, and have the potential for substantial impact.
