The Regents' Researcher Awards, administered by the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), recognize outstanding permanent full-time faculty within the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE)—including UNLV, UNR, NSU, and DRI—for distinguished achievements in research. Each year, three awards are granted: one for a distinguished career in research, one for notable mid-career accomplishments, and one for exceptional contributions in the humanities and social sciences. Recipients receive a $5,000 stipend and may use the Regents' Researcher Award title in perpetuity.
