Description
This program aims to enhance access to coordinated, evidence-based, comprehensive care for individuals affected by hemophilia and other bleeding and clotting disorders. The initiative supports the development and expansion of regional networks that provide quality improvement projects, workforce training, ongoing education for Hemophilia Treatment Center staff, and the advancement of best practices for collaborative care—including transitions across the lifespan. The ultimate goal is to ensure individuals with these conditions receive high-quality, integrated care across the United States.
