Boston Scientific Foundation’s Regional Grants fund high-quality, evidence-based programs in two primary areas: K-12 STEM education and health initiatives targeting individuals living with or at risk for non-communicable chronic diseases (including cancer, cardiovascular, diabetes, gastrointestinal, neurological, respiratory, and urologic disorders). The grants are intended to benefit economically disadvantaged populations within 60 miles of Boston Scientific’s major facilities in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. The Foundation prioritizes projects with measurable impact, cost-effectiveness, and a clear methodology for tracking improvements in STEM learning or health outcomes.
