Description
The Regional Touring Program (RTP) from Mid-America Arts Alliance (M-AAA) provides cost-share grants to nonprofit cultural organizations, government units, and tribal entities in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas. The program is designed to expand access to the arts by supporting projects that present touring artists from another state within the M-AAA region. Funded projects must include both a public-facing feature presentation and a community outreach or educational activity, fostering deeper engagement and broadening cultural experiences for regional audiences.
Eligible projects can span all creative disciplines—performing arts, visual arts, literature, dance, and more—and must be open to the general public. The grant encourages cross-state collaborations and aims to reach underserved communities. Funding is provided on a rolling basis until each state’s allocation is depleted.
