Regional Touring Program

Funding Amounts: Up to $5,000 per project; organizations may receive up to $15,000 total per fiscal year; 1:1 cost share required.

Description
The Regional Touring Program (RTP) from Mid-America Arts Alliance funds nonprofit organizations, government units, and tribal entities in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas to present touring artists from another state within the region. The program aims to deepen the impact of arts programming through public performances and outreach/educational activities, fostering cross-state artistic exchange and enriching cultural experiences. Funded projects must include at least one feature presentation and one outreach engagement, both open to the public, with a focus on accessibility and engagement of underserved groups.
