Description
The Registered Apprenticeship Incentive, administered by the Idaho Workforce Development Council (WDC), is designed to help Idaho employers cover the extraordinary costs of implementing a Registered Apprenticeship training program. The program provides financial assistance to offset expenses such as instructor wages, travel, and materials for new or newly promoted employees enrolled in U.S. Department of Labor-registered apprenticeship programs. The goal is to support businesses investing in formal apprenticeship models, building a skilled workforce aligned with Idaho’s economic and workforce priorities.
