Applied Microbiology International (AMI) offers the Registration Fees Grant to help members actively participate in scientific events that advance sustainable applied microbiology. The programme supports conferences, symposia, workshops, webinars, training courses and meetings aligned with AMI’s strategic objectives, particularly those contributing to relevant United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The grant promotes knowledge exchange and academic and professional development in applied microbiology. Support is available for reasonable local travel, accommodation and registration fees at AMI or specific AMI-sponsored events. Selection considers how relevant the event is to the applicant’s study or research, its potential developmental benefit, and fair distribution of support among applicants.
