The Regrants and Services Program of the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) supports select nonprofit organizations to distribute funds and provide technical assistance, capacity building, and other services to artists, arts organizations, and communities throughout New York State. The program’s goal is to increase access to the arts, foster innovation, and strengthen the arts ecosystem, with an emphasis on reaching diverse and underserved populations. Through two main streams—Regrants and Services, and Statewide Community Regrants—NYSCA partners with invited organizations to administer targeted funding and services not directly offered by the agency.
