The Regular Member Applicant Fellowships are offered by the American School of Classical Studies at Athens (ASCSA) to support up to eleven Regular Members annually for the School’s intensive nine-month academic program in Greece. These fellowships are designed to enable immersive study and research in classical studies, utilizing the School’s extensive resources, academic offerings, and field trips. Awards are determined by the Committee on Admissions and Fellowships based on results of anonymous qualifying examinations and submitted application materials. Named fellowships recognize excellence in archaeology, history, and literature, while additional awards are unrestricted or offer preferences for specific disciplines.
