Description
The Rehabilitation Medicine Scientist Training Program (RMSTP) is a nationally recognized initiative of the Association of Academic Physiatrists (AAP) designed to develop the next generation of physician-researchers in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). Through a structured, multi-phase process, the RMSTP provides multidisciplinary mentoring, collaborative networking, and targeted workshops that help participants define research interests, build grantsmanship skills, and navigate academic research careers.
