Description
Reimagine Education is a collaborative initiative of the Minneapolis Foundation that turns research into collective action to build a K–12 system that works for every child. Launched in 2019, it invests in community-led efforts to address systemic inequities, empower youth, and equip educators to create more inclusive schools. Its approach draws on data and insights from Minnesota educators, school leaders, families, and students.
The 2026 Paving the Way to Prosperity grant round supports new or expanded career pathway programs for students in grades 9–12. These pathways combine career awareness, exploration, job readiness, and skill development for entry into high-wage, high-demand fields. Programs should provide high school or post-secondary course credit and paid work experience. The round builds on the Foundation’s 2025 youth career pathways report, emphasizing stronger investments, partnerships, and support systems for young people.
