This in-person program at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity offers an immersive experience focused on Indigenous approaches to strategic planning. Participants will explore the creation, implementation, and evaluation of strategic plans using both contemporary tools and traditional wisdom, guided by Elders and experienced faculty.
