Description
This in-person program at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity offers an immersive experience focused on Indigenous approaches to strategic planning. Participants will explore the creation, implementation, and evaluation of strategic plans using both contemporary tools and traditional wisdom, guided by Elders and experienced faculty. The curriculum emphasizes intergenerational, holistic perspectives, and blends cultural teachings with practical planning methods. Attendees will engage in collaborative learning, creative processes, and land-based teachings to deepen their understanding of vision, mission, and goal setting for their communities and organizations.
