--- ## Description The Renal Pathology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, is a one-year, ACGME-accredited program designed to provide comprehensive training in nephropathology. Fellows gain experience with a high volume and diverse range of native and transplant kidney biopsies, including pediatric cases, processed in a dedicated renal biopsy laboratory. The fellowship combines intensive diagnostic training with opportunities for basic science and clinicopathologic research, as well as robust interaction with clinical colleagues through multidisciplinary conferences and research meetings. Fellows also rotate through related clinical and laboratory areas, such as clinical immunology and tissue typing, and may pursue electives in other anatomic pathology subspecialties. Technical training in electron microscopy is included, and the program is supported by a team of ten specialized pathologists.
