Description
The Renewable Energy Program, managed by the North Dakota Industrial Commission, provides funding to advance renewable energy technologies and their industrial applications across North Dakota. The program encourages research, development, demonstration, and commercialization of renewable energy sources such as wind, biofuels, advanced biofuels, biomass, biomaterials, solar, hydroelectric, geothermal, and renewable hydrogen. It also supports innovation in the use of renewable energy co-products for livestock feed, human food, and industrial uses, aiming to foster sustainable energy solutions and economic growth within the state.
