Description
This funding opportunity supports research-based innovation projects that address renewal, quality improvement, and increased efficiency in the Norwegian public sector. Projects should respond to identified needs and challenges, facilitate sustainable and systematic change, and enable rapid implementation and scaling of innovative solutions. Eligible themes include circular economy, education, health, civil protection and emergency preparedness, and cross-sector innovation. Projects must be rooted in user needs, involve effective user participation, leverage international knowledge, and have a concrete plan for the deployment of results.
