    Description

    The Research Expertise from the Academic Diaspora (READ) Fellowship Program facilitates structured collaborations between Albanian scholars based in eligible Albanian higher education institutions and members of the Albanian academic diaspora working in OECD countries. The goal is to advance higher education and scientific research in Albania through joint research, curriculum development, Ph.D. supervision, and co-teaching. The program strengthens Albania’s research ecosystem by leveraging global expertise and fostering capacity-building and knowledge exchange.
