Description
This fellowship is designed to support excellent non-clinical, early-career researchers aiming to establish themselves as independent investigators in the field of dementia research. The award provides funding for the fellow's salary and up to £20,000 per year in research costs for a project lasting up to three years. Fellows benefit from comprehensive support, including mentorship from senior researchers, structured training opportunities, peer and lived experience review, and an interview stage to showcase their work. The program’s goal is to foster the next generation of leaders in dementia research, helping fellows develop their own research niche and advance toward research independence.
