Description
Fulbright Israel’s one-semester research fellowships support PhD students undertaking self-directed research at accredited institutions of higher education in Israel. Grantees design their own projects, which may combine independent library, archival, or field research with consultations with local professors. The program provides access to local resources and opportunities to gain international research experience.
The fellowship also emphasizes engagement with Israeli professionals and experts through shared daily life, professional work, and creative experiences.
