--- ## Description The American Society for Suicide Prevention's Research Focus grants are designed to fund high-impact, innovative research that can inform and transform suicide prevention. These grants support projects focused on three main areas: reducing short-term suicide risk, developing interventions aimed at achieving a 20% reduction in the national suicide rate, and supporting "blue sky" research in novel areas of suicide prevention.
