Description
The Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) offers seed grants for research that integrates research and practice. Projects should have clear research questions and a feasible study design, use practices appropriate to their methodology, and have potential to contribute to knowledge in sport and performance psychology, counseling, or related fields through publications or AASP conference presentations.
The grants provide limited research support, particularly for students and early career professionals. Teams including a student or early career professional receive priority. Projects from tenured faculty or practitioners that clearly benefit AASP members receive secondary consideration, pending available funds.
