Description
This program enables doctoral candidates and early postdoctoral researchers from outside Germany to carry out an independent research project at a German state or state-recognized university or research institute, in collaboration with a German academic supervisor. Funding is intended to foster international academic exchange, support high-quality research, and facilitate the professional and academic development of early-career researchers. The research stay must be full-time and physically located in Germany for the entire funding period.
