Description
The Research in Industrial Projects for Students (RIPS) 2027 – Los Angeles program, hosted by the Institute for Pure and Applied Mathematics (IPAM) at UCLA, offers undergraduate students the opportunity to work in teams on real-world research problems proposed by industry and public sector sponsors. Over the course of the summer (June 21 – August 20, 2027), participants collaborate under the guidance of both academic and industry mentors, culminating in formal presentations of their findings. The program provides a collaborative environment, on-campus housing, meals, and technical resources to support all participants.
