Description
The Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC) Research Infrastructure program funds capital projects that establish or expand shared scientific resources in Massachusetts. The program aims to increase access to advanced research technologies, accelerate scientific discovery, and strengthen the state's life sciences ecosystem. Funding is available for large-scale equipment, facility renovations, and resources that are broadly accessible to researchers in academia, nonprofits, and industry. Projects should address unmet infrastructure needs, foster collaboration, and have a demonstrable impact on research and economic development in Massachusetts.
Applicants may propose projects in one of three categories:
- Shared Core Facility Resource
- Incubator / Accelerator
- Clinical Trial Resource
