Description
The LEO Foundation’s Research Networking Grants support topic-centered, research-based conferences, meetings, symposia, and workshops with a main focus on skin and/or skin diseases. The program aims to facilitate scientific collaboration and networking while enabling rapid exchange of knowledge and expertise across the skin research community.
Funding supports gatherings where researchers and students can present and discuss the newest research in their field. Events must permit international participation and should provide opportunities for younger researchers to contribute actively where relevant. The grant concerns the networking event itself, rather than the research project leading to it. Targeted scientific activities within society meetings may qualify, but general annual society meetings do not.
