Description
Ragdale’s Residency Program offers immersive 18-day residencies on a historic Illinois campus to artists working professionally in dance, music, writing, and visual art. Each year, over 150 residencies are awarded, providing residents with private live/work spaces, chef-prepared communal meals, and access to 20 acres of prairie. The program is designed for uninterrupted creative work, fostering a supportive, interdisciplinary artistic community. A flexible, self-determined fee structure and a limited number of fellowships (covering full costs plus stipend) are available to increase accessibility.
