Description
The Resident Research Preceptorship supports postgraduate medical residents in gaining a full-time, in-depth research experience under the mentorship of an established rheumatology investigator. The program aims to introduce residents to rheumatology, build research competencies, and inspire future careers in rheumatology research. Residents undertake a three-month research project, benefiting from direct mentorship, exposure to the research environment, and opportunities to engage with the wider rheumatology community.
