Description
The Ohio Department of Development’s Residential Public Infrastructure Grant Program helps local governments build, maintain, improve, and expand water and sanitary sewer systems in low- and moderate-income communities. Funded through the Community Development Block Grant Program, it aims to make drinking water and sanitary sewer service safer and more reliable for residents.
Projects focus on either drinking water or wastewater systems. A larger water or sanitary sewer project may also include on-site residential improvements, such as household service laterals, septic tank and well abandonment, and related fees eligible under the Community Development Block Grant Program.
