Description
The Residential Substance Abuse Treatment for State Prisoners (RSAT) program is administered by the Kansas Governor’s Grants Program (KGGP), with funding from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance. It supports the development and implementation of residential substance abuse treatment within state and local correctional and detention facilities.
