The Resilient Systems Office (RSO) Mission Office Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) from ARPA-H invites solution summaries and proposals for transformative projects that address persistent gaps and systemic challenges in healthcare and public health. The RSO seeks to fund high-risk, high-reward research and development that enhances the adaptability, reliability, and interoperability of health systems, aiming for breakthroughs that go well beyond incremental improvements.
Applications should propose novel approaches leveraging advanced technologies to improve the robustness, efficiency, and resilience of healthcare delivery, information management, supply chains, and readiness for major health events. Proposals that are evolutionary, incremental, or at the clinical trial stage, or that focus on policy, education, or infrastructure construction, are not within scope.
