The RESIST II Process Innovation Open Call supports SMEs in the Mobility, Transport and Automotive (MTA) ecosystem that want to redefine manufacturing or industrial processes. Projects may improve existing operations or introduce new methods and systems that make processes more digital, green and resilient. Supported work includes prototype development, pilot testing and validation, alongside testing, certification, consulting and specialised technical services.
The call is run by the EU-funded RESIST II project—Resilience through Sustainable processes and production for the European automotive InduSTry—under the Joint Cluster Initiatives (EUROCLUSTERS) for Europe’s recovery. It uses cascade funding, meaning the project itself awards and pays the funding. Selected SMEs also receive complementary implementation support, including technical assistance, expert access, training and internationalisation opportunities.
