Description
Florida Housing Finance Corporation uses this competitive Request for Applications to finance housing for farmworkers and commercial fishing workers, including unaccompanied workers. The 2026 RFA covered new construction and substantial rehabilitation, with or without acquisition, of qualifying existing developments. It was part of Florida Housing’s State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL) program.
